For this IAIM the solution is the Deku King's Chamber. Up above are a few platforms on the walls. These platforms do actually have collision on them! However there is no way to normally get up here. The guards will even still catch the player if they try to go up here without the Deku Mask on, assuming the princess hasn't been returned yet.
